1. Introduction

Welcome to Outreachive.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Outreachive platform (“Service”), which provides scheduling, communication, and automation tools for clients.

By accessing or using our Service — including via Google Account authorization — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Outreachive may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.

2. Description of Services

Outreachive provides tools to:

View upcoming appointments
Create/update Google Calendar events
Send confirmations, reminders, or summaries
Prevent scheduling conflicts via calendar sync

These functions are available only after user authorization via Google OAuth.

We do not use calendar data for any unrelated purposes.

3. Google API Integration Disclosure

Outreachive uses Google APIs (e.g., Calendar API) to power scheduling.

When you connect via OAuth 2.0, you authorize us to:

Display events
Create/update events
Send reminders/summaries

We follow:

Google’s API Services User Data Policy
Limited Use Requirements (no ads, sharing, profiling, etc.)

You can revoke access at any time:

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By using Outreachive, you agree to:

Provide accurate registration/auth info
Use the Service legally and professionally
Keep credentials safe
Report any unauthorized use

You may not:

Harass or defraud others
Access others’ data without permission
Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the system
Circumvent security or authentication controls

Violations may result in immediate suspension and legal consequences.

5. Account Termination and Revocation

You may stop using Outreachive and disconnect Google access anytime:

We may suspend/terminate access if:

You violate these Terms
Your use poses legal/security risks
External changes make access unviable

Upon termination:

Access tokens are revoked
Your data may be deleted (see Privacy Policy)
Continued use is prohibited

We may retain minimal data for legal or fraud prevention purposes.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Use of Outreachive is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to:

Data collection/use as described
Storage of calendar metadata
Use only for scheduling and functionality

We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties.

Data is only used for user-requested features.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers to operate:

Google Calendar API – For calendar sync
Twilio – For SMS & call reminders
Supabase / Cloud Infra – For storage & authentication

Their terms may also apply
We do not control their content or security
Continued use implies consent to these integrations

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Outreachive is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:

Data loss due to 3rd-party outages
Service delays beyond our control
Indirect or incidental damages

Our total liability is limited to what you paid (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.

All disputes will be resolved in courts located in New York County, NY, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms based on legal, technical, or operational needs.

If updated, we will notify you via:

In-app alerts

Continued use = acceptance of changes.
